Here's my updated build I'm planning on buying.

Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo

XFX R9 290 4GB

Corsair 760W AX760 80 Plus platinum

Asus Maximus VII Ranger

Arctic Cooling MX-4

Corsair 230T

Windows 8.1

 

Keyboard,mouse, hard drive and monitor are already bought

 

I'll mainly be using this machine to be playing BF4 at 1080p and streaming at roughly 720p. I'll also be doing some light video editing.

Would 8gb 1866MHz be bottlenecking this build in any way?

Much better for streaming (and also cheaper)
