BIOS Update

Go to solution Solved by LogicalDrm,

If it works, leave it. General rule when it comes to BIOS updates.

I have an ASRock Fatality 990FX Mobo. Its been running on 1.10 BIOS for the past 6 months overclocked and is fine. Today I saw 1.30 available. Updating BIOS requires me to retype all my customisations in BIOS. Is it really necessary to Update BIOS or leave it ? Thanks.
