Which gpu brand

I am looking into buying a R9 280 for 1080p gaming ( or any other mid-high end range card 240bucks budget ), which is the best amd brand? i dont mind noise much, i am looking for temps and OC headroom.

Side note: EVGA and PNY only do Nvidia but eh.

I was looking at first for an Asus card but read that Asus coolers have problems keeping the vram cool

Sapphire looks interesting. Should I buy the r9 285 instead? Since its a newer archi, instead of a rebrand? Or will those 2gb vram that the 285 have be a problem?
