Small, quiet office PC

Hey guys, I'm planning on building a new office PC around end of the year or early 2015, I have some parts in mind but really not sure about case, psu, gpu and cpu cooler.

 

I'm from NZ, budget is about 1000+/-100 NZD. It is not for gaming, but a standalone gpu is preferred. Work load is mostly InDesign and Photoshop, nothing like video rendering

Looked around and only found CM Elite 110 and SilverStone Raven RVZ01. Any ideas?

I'd up the RAM to 16gb if you're using Photoshop; it can use a much RAM as you have available.

As for GPU, you don't really need one. Intel integrated graphics will do just fine. If you do want one, any graphics card in the lower tiers will do.

Personally I'd just grab whatever cheap card you can find and throw that in there.

What kind of PS work are you doing? Might want to up the SSD. My friend is using my PC currently, and he constantly ran out of room while editing as his files would exceed 20gb at times.

I'd look at a Xeon instead of an i5, though I'm not sure how pricing is down there.

Newspaper deign work, Mostly 1MP to 5MP photographs, not as heavy as you think so 8gb RAM should be fine.

Integrated graphics it is.

May get another SSD in the future.

Xeon is too expensive for the budget, I think i5 should do fine.
