I currently have a prodigy , so ITX motherboard , but I don't really like it. I'm thinking to changing the case to a 350D or Arc Midi , but can I do it without changing motherboard ? ( using my current itx motherboard in the case mentioned )

ITX is the smallest board, it would most likely fit in any case. So to answer your question, yes, it will fit.
