Difference between these GPU's

Can someone explain the difference and if its worth the extra for the gold edition, as well the normal red one is out of stock for shipping to NZ, whereas the gold edition is available so worth, or not worth. Wait, or not?

The Gold one is slightly higher clocked. Not worth the extra expense. But if you like the aesthetic better, or have the money and don't want to wait. Then grab the gold one.

No but I just say whats the difference as everyone is telling like its only about clock.

I think copper has better thermal conductivity (big words) than aluminium.
