Hey people :)

 

I was just looking for ram and came upon ddr3l ram. Can it be used in a modern gaming pc? 

 

Know its maybe a dumb question but please just answer

DDR3L RAM is just DDR3 at lower voltages, so more life expectancy and less heat output.

So youre saying they're just fine, and will it work in normal z97 motherboards? And with lower voltage will it perform worse than normal ddr3

For desktop gaming no, I'm not aware of any Desktop compatible DDR3L RAM. It's mostly Laptops. Though I could be wrong.
