I'd just get a windows laptop. I found this: http://www.reddit.com/r/learnprogramming/comments/1ba1gd/programming_on_a_chromebook/ to quote the top comment:

" I program on my Chromebook. But only after using Chrubuntu so that I could code on Linux. If you want to use Chrome OS(or your Chromebook doesn't support Chrubuntu), I would recommend against coding on it."

EDIT: I realise you already have one so this was a bit of a pointless post..

CPU: Intel 3570 GPUs: Nvidia GTX 660Ti Case: Fractal design Define R4  Storage: 1TB WD Caviar Black & 240GB Hyper X 3k SSD Sound: Custom One Pros Keyboard: Ducky Shine 4 Mouse: Logitech G500

you can put linux on it.

so you can program a lot.

Is there a guide on here on how to do it? If not, could you send me a link to a good tutorial?

Nevermind, I found a decent tutorial. Thanks for the idea!
