Time for the most asked question ever, what should I upgrade next? This month I'm buying a 1080P monitor. But in December I'll get $205 for babysitting, and (Hopefully) at least $200 for Christmas since I told my mum I just want cash this year. Anyways what should I upgrade next? Should I move to Intel? Get a Swiftech H240-X? Get a GTX970? I do need a new desk and chair, but I can hold off on that if I can get something that will truly improve my PC. I have an upgrade list in my signature if you guys want to give me recommendations off that. My current build is also down there. Thanks for any help guys.

Edit: I get payed the 29th every month so I won't have the money in time for black Friday (A day late) unless the deals last a bit longer.

Don't get a 144hz and put money towards better things. if you have 500 dollars get a locked i5, h97 motherboard and 290. sell your old components.

I wasn't going to. That's a far future upgrade. I'm getting a 1080P IPS first.

An Intel CPU, a new storage solution, or Windows 8.1/10 should serve you good.

I would sit on bricks for a GTX 970.

He needs a CPU upgrade more than a GPU upgrade.

The other IPS monitors I was looking at are about the same price when not on sale. I don't think I'll have my money before Black Friday is over either (I get payed the 29th)
