Right now in my possession I have the parts listed below

Case - Fractal Arc Midi R2 mid tower atx case (It has 3 140mm case fans)

CD Drive - LG CD/DVD burner

CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

PSU - 750w antec

SSD - 80gb (For OS)

OS - Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

Mouse - Logitech G500s

Keyboard - Microsoft ergo

Monitor - 24" samsung syncmaster

I also have a intel i3 2120, but no mobo. I am debating on keeping it, or selling it.

The budget is $800 and not a dollar more. The computer will be used primarily for gaming and some very light multi media work (After effects, photoshop, etc)

I would prefer to stay with nvidia for GPU but I am open to suggestions.

I had a R9 280x once and to be honest I hated AMD drivers. I also force AA and AF on a lot of games that dont support it and nvidia seems to do this better. Other then that looks good so far. I am also thinking, that I have a HUGE steam library and im not sure if 1tb will cut it. In other news, I now have a 212 evo cooler in my possesion so that is one less part I need.

Nothing wrong with either drivers they work just fine and it is one of the best GPU for the price, either that or you get a GTX770 for just a bit cheaper like: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-n770tf2gd5oc or the http://pcpartpicker.com/part/zotac-video-card-zt7030310p but these will run your game at lower FPS then what @AlwaysFSX linked. In this price category you are better off with a AMD card then buying a Nvidia. In the mid-high performance class AMD just has the better cards for the price. This is also a good AMD R9 290: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr929wf34gd. OCed it will outperform a GTX780ti and when not OCed it will be in the range of different 780 models. This will be a super nice card for gaming, just look at the benchmark:  http://www.eteknix.com/gigabyte-r9-290x-windforce-oc-4gb-graphics-card-review/5/

My last words on this is that he left you around 35 dollar headroom so it is not 800 yet which means you can get a GPU for max 305 dollars. If you save up like 30 dollars more you can got get a Zotac Geforce GTX970 which is a super good card and has Geforce drivers. So it is either buy a R9 series card and be done with it or save up and get a 970.
