need recommendation for AIO pc

im looking for a 23 or 27 inch AIO pc thats at a good price

 

here are my priorities 

 

1. temperature/noise

2.quality (both internal and external)

 

 

discrete GPU isn't really important but its ok

 

(please dont tell me to buy an imac)

the hp touchsmarts are cool ones...but also why not just buy a nuc and mount it on the back of the monitor? you can customize alot more that way

its for my uncle who hates wires all over the place

if i attach a cradle in the back there will still be some wires here and there
