What exactly are the difference when you put your psu up or down?
Assuming the case has vent holes on the bottom (assuming the psu mount is on the bottom), then putting the fan down allows the psu to take in its own fresh air and exhaust its own hot air. Putting the fan up allows it to take in the warm air inside the case, and exhaust it (essentially it becomes a shitty case/exhaust fan).
