is 4gb ok?

So i finished building my first build (yay!) But by installing a CM hyper t4 on my mini itx board, i can only have a single stick of ram, i have 2 4gb sticks but can only install 4, will it be enough while i gather my pennies to get a new board or an 8gb stick?????? Thanks you and if you wanna see a pic, here it is!!!! I know the cable management is absolute shit, due to it being a micro atx chasis with an itx board, but plz spare me

My brother has 4gb and he has encoutered problems in some games due to the lack of ram, i'd say that you should get 8gb asap.

One punctuation mark works just fine..

 

Why can you only install one? It'll work, you might end up running in to out of memory errors or a really slow system if you do a lot.

A heat pipe blocks the inner ram slot ao i can only install in the outer slot

Flip the cooler around?

 

With looking at it on NewEgg, it shouldn't block the ram slot? O.o Let me go look at the mobo real quick. Is this the build in your signature?

Have you tried turning the cooler to face a different direction?

I cannot because it uses the stock amd mounting bracket and it only exhausts to the top

I flipped my cooler 90º to fit ram and it works perfectly, maybe even better than expected, heat goes out from the top of the case.

How much will it affect performance, will play bf4, war thunder, minecraft, rising storm..
