Akasa Apache/Rosewill Hyperborea, name depends on where you live. Both should be had for about $25-40 total.

 

Noctua are good all around fans, but expensive. You're looking at around $25-30 each.

 

EDIT: And no, Noctua is better than Corsair.

I'm planning on buying fans for my rig, I need one 140 airflow, and One 120mm static pressure. $40 for both

I have heard noctuas are only for silence tho, because i dont really care if they run like a jet engine if im getting good temps.

Noctuas perform well while being very quiet.

5400rpm scythe gentle typhoon is another choice :) after all they kinda sound like a jet engine :).

 

got 4 of them running in pair for push pull and they make lot's of noise but I don't really care either way.

 

 

 

or something like that.

Industrial Noctua's are loud, but that will certainly work.

 

EDIT: The 2k RPM isn't too loud, just slightly louder than the Rosewill. I was thinking of the 3k.

Brown Noctua's are quieter, Industrial aren't intended to be used in places where silence is important, hence the name. Industrial places aren't quiet.
