I've been through 3 RMA's of my R.A.T. 7 and gave up and sold it when I got it back for the first time.  I've been in the market for a new mouse for a while and I've had my eye on the Steelseries Sensei [RAW] for a while but I just wanted some advice from multiple people on my situation.  I prefer to palm my mice, I especially liked the R.A.T. for that one reason.  I play a lot of League and decent amount of FPS's from time to time, so I'm a lot of both side of the gaming spectrum.  Any help?

EDIT:  I was also looking for a black and white mouse to sorta match my setup, but a completely black mouse is fine.

I personally have a pretty stubby fingers, so steelseries mouse would be a no go for me.

If you like to palm your mouse, I'd go with something along the lines of mionix 8200 for the bigger hands, logitech G series r good if your fingers aren't stubby like mine :(

I'd recommend checking corsair vengeance M95, there's a white one as well and it suits plenty of games because of all the buttons (if you're into buttons)

hope this helps! :)

Check out the build: Used to be Obot, now Lilith

Hey what's the difference between the Naos 8200 and the Naos 5000?  I've also heard great things about the mouse but haven't really looked at it.

Mind you this is what I found from Mionix website

8200: 4 layers 'maximum grip rubber coating', 8200 dpi, customizable 16.8million color LED, lighting effects (breathing, pulse, etc.)

5000: undefined 'maximum grip rubber coating', 5020 dpi, customizable LED, no lighting effects,

these are the difference between the two xD

Well the 5000 is $20 off at the nearest CanadaComputers and on NCIX, but I'll look into it some more before I commit to it.  How does it compare to the Steelseries Sensei?

I can't really tell, I don't really like steel series mouse, because for me it's too small.

what about deathadder?

I prefer bigger mouses, so when I tried my friend's deathadder - i wasn't impressed :|

Currently I'm using G500 and i have to let my ring finger and pinky hang on the mousepad and I always have this extreme claw grip for most mouses :p

Bought a G400s recently, plain awesomness.

The optical sensor is very precise [optical > laser], the mouse is very comfortable to palm even with bearish hands such as mine.

It's really cheap for what you get and runs flawlessly.

The Sensei I cannot recommend, had mine [been replaced by the G400s, and the r-click was broken really quick, the mouse is rather small and very narrow, which makes it hard to palm with big hands]

Frost upon these cigarettes.... lipstick on the window pane...

Okay I'll go to the CanadaComputers and check out the Naos 5000, however I've already seen some bad things about the mice having defects and the such.  I've tried my friend's Deathadder and it felt pretty good in the hand, but I don't like all the blue/green lights on it, it clashes with my rigs color scheme.
