Are these fans Static Pressure Optimised

Hi I'm getting the Corsair h110 and am thinking of getting better fans than the stock ones. I was thinking of the SP140 corsair ones or the

Noctua NF-A14 140mm 2000RPM PWM.

Are the Noctua NF-14 140mm static pressure optimised and would they work well with the h110?

Yes.  Blade angle is a good indicator.  These have shallow blades, so they're static pressure optimized.  Aggressive blade angles are airflow optimized.

What about the NF-F12 version. I know it is not 140mm but on noctuas website it says its more compatible with radiators. Would it be better to get the smaller more radiator optimised or just stick with the NF-A14?

NF F12 is about as good as static pressure fans get, they are all 4 pins tho.

But they only come in 120mm, for the h110 I need a 140mm

True, unsure how high FPI radiator that corsair has but if its very low FPI then you can use pretty much any 140mm airflow fan and still preform better then stock fans.

the nf f12 is made for 120 or 240mm radiators, which most CLCs and rads are, but some CLCs, like the kraken x60 and the h110 are 280mm, so they need 140mm fans like the nf 14.  The 12 and 14 should be exactly the same, except the 12 is 120mm and the 14 is 140mm

The NF-P14 is a static pressure 140mm fan.

If you're going to buy an H110 + expensive fans, you might as well buy a better AIO from the start.

I would look into the NZXT X61 or Cooler Master Nepton 240M if I were you.

The NF-P14 is a static pressure 140mm fan.

The NF-A14 has better static pressure. 1.91 mm H2O vs 4.18 mm H2O although that is at different RPMs.
