metro 2033 problems

So I installed metro 2033 and when I try and launch the game it pops up saying this

 

The program can't start because PhysXLoader.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

 

Should I re install or is there another way to fix the problem?

If you have the game on Steam, try verifying the game cache.

Just right click the game →´Click ´Properties´ → Click the tab ´Local Files´ → Click ´Verify intergrity og game cache´

My best guess is that your use a AMD GPU. Those always have this problems with Metro 2033.

now what do I do?

I had that too. Got the steam>steamapps>common>Metro2033>Install and run the PhysXinstaller

It still comes up with the same message

You should let it download the missing file. Hopefully this will fix the issue.

soooooo... using integrated graphics? they don´t work with metro 2033.
If external, go to nvidia.com and download the newest physx

It still comes up with the same message

I had this error so I ran the installer, then had to restart Steam and finally reboot computer to get it all working.
