Whenever I set my ram frequency to what it should be (1866) I start getting crashes and BSODs while playing demanding games. And WhoCrashed says this:

On Fri 11/7/2014 19:14:05 GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\110714-5007-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75BC0)
Bugcheck code: 0x1A (0x41287, 0x478, 0x0, 0x0)
Error: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

However just a few moments ago I saw that my GPU isnt even reaching its default clock speed at 99% TDP in FurMark! (Changing ram frequency doesnt change this) Funny thing about this is that a few days ago GPU-Z showed that performance was limited by voltage stuff, now its power.

So is this the GPU? PSU? RAM? Mobo? Or a combination of some of them?

Is your CPU overclocked? If so, then you might like to set your BIOS to stock.

You can also see if there's a BIOS update for your mobo.

Try XMP instead of manual memmory overclock

Then the PC seems to be stable. It seems to set itself on 1600 instead of 1866 which the RAM should be capable of handling. I would still want to know why this happens because if its because of a faulty component then maybe I could RMA it.

No overclocks and updated BIOS already.

What RAM do you have, it says its at 768Mhz x2 = basicly 1600 mhz RAM, doesnt say what model, maybe your ram is only 1600Mhz and cant do OC. Your MB can definatly handle OCing the RAM, but your RAM may be a bust.  If its a low profile RAM you should not OC it.
