sound car HELP!

so basically, i was fiddeling with my sound card drivers, go to "uninstall a program'', click change, but it suddenly made it uninstall my sound card :( . then i was like, let just install the new one, so i download the newest uni xonar, install it, but keep getting stuck in this screen (see thumbnail). no afair, tried the older driver, still like this.... HELP ME! my soundcard was working fine before this!

i keep getting this while installing, should i reset my sound card by pulling and re-inserting back in?

It's worth a try, also check the manufacturer's page for your individual card and see if there's anything that resembles troubleshooting guides / support.

sorry for bump
I tried to system restore back 2 days before this happened, it's fine, but i can't launch the xonar manager, it opens a blank window. and when i try to launch it, i get this notification http://www.diskusjon.no/uploads/monthly_09_2010/post-182697-1283552686,678_thumb.jpg
