How do you guys use a anti-static wrist strap?

 

Do you just plug the psu to the wall but turn the psu switch off?

Put the PSU in the case, Plug it into the wall with the switch on 0, plug the strap on the PSU near the fan.

 

Is how I would do it if I had one but I am smart and constantly touch metal and shift the case by lifting it, not by dragging it over the floor
