Which mini itx motherboards support the 7850k out of the box? I mean without having to buy another cpu just to flash the bios?

GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XN-WIFI -- The A10-7850K is supported since BIOS F2. F1 was the first release BIOS, but F2 was a major BIOS that came out shortly after. The boards should now be at least be shipping with BIOS F3 by now.

 

AD785KXBI44JA -- A10-7850K support since BIOS version 1.50.  That was 5 BIOS updates ago.

The MSI board would be a great choice, and anything with FM2+ should support it. 

However, if you're getting the 7850k and  you have the option to get a dedicated GPU with it, i'd suggest you get the Athlon 860K and a dedicated GPU - even the R7 250 performs better when paired with the 860K, and costs about the same (though the recent price drop in the 7850K might have changed that). However, you won't be getting HSA, which is only really important if you use tasks that utlilize it.

Remember to be a good citizen and choose a 'best answer' when your problem has been resolved!

I would sooner recommend getting the Athlon X4 860K with either an R9 270 or 750Ti. HEAPS better performance than the 7850k alone

Yeah, but some people have strict budgets. I was merely pointing out an option within the budget his build would be built in.
