Should i RMA my GPU?

Ok i noticed this morning that gpu is making a weird noise. it is exactly in this video below,expect that the noise starts at 65% fan speed and gets louder and worse at higher speeds,also touching the gpu will stop the noise but as soon as i remove my finger the noise is back.

 

The GPU is an XFX R9 270x DD factory overclocked to 1050mhz.

 

 

 

What do you guys think i should do? Should i RMA it?

Something is rattling. Simple as that.

Well i messaged XFX support,and told them what is doing,they said it sounds like the fan is bad,and will send me a new fan free of charge.

 

If that does not work i will RMA the whole card,but it should work.

hey can i know the all the softwares uve used ? those temp , fan control etc etc ! thanks  

I used MSI Afterburner.
