27'' Monitor

GunMaster

Hi everyone!

I was just wondering if any of you has some suggestions for the ``best bang for the buck´´ 27’’ monitor. It needs to be 1080p and 60hz at least. Just the cheapest 27’’ monitor with these criteria. Anyone have any suggestions? Keep in mind that I live in Sweden so I might not have access to all brands and prices.

27in is a little too big for a 1080p monitor, I would recommend a 24in 1080p monitor instead.

I'll be sitting pretty close guess. The reason I want such a large monitor is mostly for movies and also the general experience to be more immersive

Imo, 27" 1080p monitors only work if you are two feet or more away from them. I used one for years and it worked fine, but you just can't be too close to it without it just looking odd. If you want a 27" monitor I highly recommend looking into getting a 1440p monitor, I think it is about the perfect pixel density before being too hard to run and messing with windows text.

For gaming mostly? G-sync possible (has Nvidia  GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST or above) ?

The 27" 1080 monitor? Less than $200. It is a S27C230B from samsung, it gets the job done, but you certainly get what you pay for. I'm sure someone here can recommend something better around that price.
