good gpu ?

Hello guys,

 

im looking to get a gpu that wont be overkill for counter strike global offensive, since i want to get maximum performance over the gpu, i dont want it to be overkill, i want to have fps capped on 300 without drops. I was cappable to get arround 250 - 300 fps with a old 6850,

all i want is to get 300 fps capped no drops @ 1024 x 768 low seetings, only high shadows and 8x antialising for no crappy edges.

 

I have the r9 280x or the r9 280 in mind. I really like more ATI than NVIDIA. I would like to know you guys thoughts

 

I will only play Counter strike global offensive, league of legends and perhaps other games like H1Z1 when it cames out.

why? your monitor cant show that many anyhow so its 100% pointless, go buy a knife skin instead, would improve your gameplay more

a 770 or an R9 280 would be great for you 

you could record as well with shadowplay/game dvr

personal preference i really like to play like that, ive playes CSS for like 5 years with that resolution so yeah i like it very much
