What's the best liquid CPU cooler that's $50 or less?

I want a good liquid cooler than has a good price to performance ratio.

Corsair H55 is currently on sale for $40, but I'd personally spend more and get a Cooler Master Seidon 240m, since anything less than that and you might as well go air.

for this much money stick with an 212 evo. You will probs get better performance from it.

Air coolers. Simply the best. You just can't flush them. (anyone? no? I should leave)

That was my first choice but my case, the NZXT Phantom 240, is too thin to hold the 212 evo. Makes me really sad

Well, for an AIO Liquid Cooler being used on a CPU, anything less than 240mm is really a waste of money.  The 120/140mm AIOs don't perform any better than their less expensive air cooling counter parts.  The only reason to get one is if you are severely limited by space, generally in an ITX or mATX case.  If you are dead set on going liquid cooling, a 240mm radiator is the minimum, and the Cooler Master Seidon 240M being the least expensive one.

Otherwise, look into an air cooler that will fit in your case.
