is there a way i can get enemel paint off a alimnium surface or best way ?

I thought cosmo 2 was steel not aluminum. What part is the paint on everywhere? Also if your willing to lose some paint than sand paper would do the trick. You could also try a heat gun. There are other solutions. Are you trying to lose all the paint?

very detailed small parts, guess its steel then thought it was multi materials

paint stripper or sand blasting and sand blasting would yield a better finish.

 

enamel paint should have a etching primer under it for aluminum, so to get

it all off, blasting is the way to go. and pretty much the same for steel.

You could try enamel thinner.
