After Effects Challenges?

So I've been learning After Effects for quite some time and I wanted to try to make something WITHOUT following a tutorial, but I don't have any ideas. I just wanted to see if I can like make something without following a step by step tutorial and I have no idea what to make. If anyone has any idea of where I could enter a contest or something like that or maybe just have a idea of their own that would be great.

 

BTW I'm not really a expert in After Effects but I'm not a beginner.

Ah right, gotcha! That intro and outro of LTT videos wouldn't actually

be that hard to recreate in Sony Vegas Pro. I use this program a lot.
