It HAS to be less than $600.00... Also, this build includes Monitors and Speakers. The two stores I can go to are Amazon and the Micro Center. I don't want Mail-In Rebates, and I want criticism. The only game I'll really be playing is Team Fortress 2, which isn't a very GPU or CPU-Intensive game. It can easily be maxed with a 750 Ti, still having more than 120 FPS. Using various source engine commands, I could even get my Athlon X2 4200+/GT 210 to run it at 30 FPS.  It relies more on the CPU, but from what I've been told by a friend that his i3-4130 maxes out this game w/out commands. On browsers, calling me a tab monster would be the biggest overstatement in the world. I rarely keep more than 4 Tabs open, and usually don't have more than 2 programs running at a time. I really do appreciate criticism, because

Here's what I have in mind at the moment:

i'm not sure 430 watt is enough for that build especially if you are going to upgrade later on.

Yes it is, more than enough.

If you aren't planning to upgrade in the next 2 years to a new CPU I'd stick with the base setup you've chosen( assuming that the specific H81 mobo supports overclocking the G3258). If you aren't planning to overclock and are new to PC's I'd stick with the stock cooler and one 4GB stick of RAM. Atleast for the time being because those are easy to add in later if you so desire. I wouldn't be surprised if the PC's powerdraw would be around the 100-120 watt mark :D If you want to upgrade to a broadwell cpu etc it would be a good idea to get a ()97 mobo (preferably Z97).
You could always spend 20 bucks more for a 750TI 2GB model if you'd like to play newer games with good texture quality etc.

E: ohh.. Sorry for the badly written answer... Got to get sleep. <_<

This is What I'd go with personally, without mail in rebates it 623, but if you can swing the rebates it drops to 583.

If of course you meant 700 then I'd go Z97 and a 212 Evo for overclocking / future CPU compatibility.
