Amd 7970 hmdi in?

Hey guys

 

Is the HDMI on my 7970 and HDMI 'in'?

 

Basically I'm doing a studio project at uni and want to stream it live. I have a live feed coming through HDMi but need to put this onto a PC so I can stream it live!

 

If i put the hdmi feed into my PC through gpu will it show in OBS?

You would need a capture card for that.

You will need a capture card for that, i recommend the

1) Avermedia

2) Elgato 60

3) (what i have) the Roxio Game Capture

The HDMI (and all the other ports on the graphics card) is output -- and output only.

They are not inputs.

The Roxio is a piece of crap. Don't even bother. I had both of them and the software loves to crash.
