Hi,

My specs are: gtx 780

i7 3930k

16GB 2133MHZ Corsair dominator platinum

Corsair AX1200i

Corsair 256 GB SSD

X79 Deluxe motherboard.

So a few days ago i played BF4 and Tomb raider. I turned all the setting up to max like i usually do, but this time i only got 30FPS, usually I get 120FPS.

I then checked EVGA Percision, and it showed that my GPU was only using 30% power. What does this mean?

How can I increase the power delivery to the card?

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

How is the load on your CPU while playing?

Are you using the newest nvidia drivers? The new drivers that support DSR did a number on my gtx 780 6gb, i have had to roll back and then reinstall the driver and completely redo my once stable overclock that was getting me 3k valley scores at extreme preset 1080p, now i am lucky to get 2800,

Did you drivers crash and recover at all? In my experience, when that occurs, my card gets screwed up, the clocks will freeze, and it won't boost up.

What i would do in that case:

(0. Disabled your Antivirus. (not while downloading tho :P))

1. Download and REinstall the newest Nvidia driver (there is an option for doing a new install in the installer). Disable Shadowplay if its activated.

2. Download and Install Aida64 and go to the "sensors" tab

3. Run some benchmarks and see if you CPU or GPU gets too hot.

4. Try to run the game and see if it helped. If not try resetting ingame settings.

5. Come back and report on your findings.
