need to make a choice. please help :)

I want to choose a motherboard for my fx 8320 which i want to get a decent (atleast 8350 beating) overclock out of. at first i was going to go for the msi 970 gaming motherboard (since i will be gaming only) but i read a review that this board is not suited well for the 8-series processors and you cant overclock well on them so i am currently standing on a asus m5a99fx pro r 2.0 but it dosent seem to have the bells and whistles. so what alternatives do you suggest? i need to have a usb 3.0 header but i cant afford something like a sabertooth or a crosshair formula. please give me your suggestions fast, thanks in advance :)

What bells and whistles are you looking for?

Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

I'd go with Asus from the two (but just because I like Asus mobos more...), but check out the Asus Maximus ones. They're roughly same, maybe a bit more expensive than your choices.

For example:

oops, forgot about the socket... my bad

This might be something you'd like, besides the 2 choices you have there:

I'd either go with the 990 here or the Asus m5a99fx one

and make sure it has 8 pin not 4 pin because the 8 series needs over 95w

bells and whistles are: "Audio Boost 2: Reward Your Ears with True Quality, Sound Blaster Cinema 2: Realistic Surround Sound Experience, Gaming Device Port: Optimized with Triple Gold-plating for High Polling Rate Gaming Devices" and its supposed lag killer network chip. I am located in India and i can buy from these places

http://flipkart.com

http://snapdeal.com

http://amazon.in

my budget is at most 11,500 rupees.

Those features are mostly gimmicky. Killer nic is nothing special and is pretty much just hype.

Go with the 990FX - it's like 9000rupees or so.

Lag won't be killed at all if you're playing on servers outside india (which I'm assuming you are) - connection in the region is just awful, computer chips won't save you there, sorry.
