The thing is simple.I am begging you all to tell me what google+ is.I never understood what is for and how to use.I may sound stupid but i don't use it at all.What is it some kind of youtube and facebook?

Not really, no. Came around in 2011 or something, loads of people joined, then forgot about it. It can be useful for some education stuff though, I'll give it that. 

I think I used it once, whenever I first heard about it, then left it

It's also YouTube's new way of maintaining the comments. People actually use it that way and that's why you needed to make a G+ page a while ago on YouTube.

I still don't know why didn't google give up on it and gave us the old youtube interface which was perfect.
