2nd and 3rd Monitors start Flickering when I tab in/out of a game.

Ok, So whenever I Alt Tab into Payday 2 my other two monitors which are not running the game start to Flicker black and white. Where the whole screen is unlegible and the only bit that I can properly see is the very top. I have been able to fix it by unplugging a monitor and rebooting but I'm looking for a solution to fix it without Rebooting or a Way to Completely prevent it.

 

 

PC Specs: - *NZXT Phantom 410 Black/Orange* - *AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz* - *CM Hyper 212 EVO* - *Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3* - *Corsair Vengeance 8gb 1600mHz* - *Gigabyte 780 Ti* - *Seagate Barracuda 500gb 7200rpm HDD* - *ModXStream PRO 600W PSU* -

Monitors: 2x BenQ GL2450 and 1x Some 22" 1080P Tv
