Quiet fans for 120mm AIO

I currently have a thermal take 240mm AIO and the stock fans on it are incredibly noisy. Any suggestions on some good fans that are preferably black or white to match my build? Also, I'm trying not to spend more than $30-40 here.

 

EDIT: realized the I put 120mm in the Title, it's a 240mm rad

SP120 Quiet Edition Dual Pack(If you want 2 fans). Their around 30 dollars USD.
