Hi guys, after some year it's time again to upgrade my system (i5 750 based)
I'm in Italy, i estimated about 1000€
I will use it for gaming (bf4 and ac unity first of all) but i don't know in future

I think this (updating)
Case: NZXT h440

 

Cpu: 4690k or 4790k

 

cpu cooler: h100i /kraken x60 or v8 gts / dark rock pro 3 / ph-tc14pe

 

Mobo z97: msi gaming 5 

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8gb 1600/1866mhz or gskill

Psu: corsair rm650/750 or ax760 or  seasonic 660/760

Gpu: r9 290 (x?)

Ssd: 840 evo 250gb

Hdd: I don't know

i want it quiet but performance
I would your opinions, feedbacks and suggestion
For the cpu cooler I don't know what,I like the clean of aio (the space in the case) but I want it good for temperatures noise and look (the theme is black and red)

Yes, as first thing for gaming bf4 and ac unity first(only on 1080p)

for overclock I don't think nothing extreme and only when need in future (now I have the i5 750 @ 3,7 ghz (auto tune) and a zalman cnps 9600/9900 I don't remember)

I want efficiency and quiet

I would suggest you to seek a 970, it will be totaly worth it. No need to get high speed ram, just money waste.(Unless you have an APU build or workstation). x61 for cpu cooler. that motherboard looks solid.

Higher speed RAM is not necessary 2400 Mhz is just a waste of money, for the GPU you should look at a GTX970. for either CPU you should check out 1600 Mhz RAM.

G.Skill, Crucial and Corsair are the brands most people recommend just don't got for the most expensive ones as performance wise it doesn't really matter.
