These H80i temps good?

Not sure if these temps are good for water.

My overclock is as follows: 4500MHz (22.5 x 200), 1.464V. Load Line Calibration, CPU/NB LLC, Current capability 140%, CPU/NB Current Capability 130%, Spread spectrum off, and the CPU Power phase control is set to extreme.

Cool n' Quiet is disabled.

Minimum temp 27c, max 67c when doing rendering or 65c when gaming. This good for the cooler, or should I replace the thermal paste?

Full specs in signature.

Thanks

I use a Lenovo T440: i5 4300U, 8GB RAM, 128GB Samsung 840 Evo, 14" 900p display and an external 23" 1080p passive 3D monitor. Extended 6-cell battery with internal 3-cell. Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (I only use open-source software -- haven't paid for a single program yet).

Those are pretty good temps, but do some actual stress testing to make sure

For 1.464V that is pretty good.
