Yes. Using PrecisionX or Afterburner, there should be reset buttons(at least on Afterburner. I don't use PrecisionX).

yes mate you can most oc software will allow you to reset and to save your perset

GT210 can not play that game at any clock speed. Sorry. I'd save time and just buy a better card. R7 250x is cheap and can play med 1080p no issues.
