i have planned to buy a i7 4790k but i dont know which video graphic should i buy to dont have any "bottlenecking"

Modern intel chips don't bottleneck anything really

okay Just so I understand you want to buy an i7 4790k and you also want to buy a video card that's not gonna bottleneck it ? well i don't think their's going to be a video card that would bottle neck that processor..

Unless you want to run 3/4-way SLI on a board without a PLX bridge :c

one more question and thats it, i have a hd6850 and i was looking for a crossfire but they are discontinued, whit which graphic could be able to do it?

Your 4790k is not going to bottleneck any GPU and vice versa. Spending all that money on a 4790k and getting anything short of a GTX 970 or R9 290 would seem like poor distribution of your budget.  Of course, I say that assuming that you're building a system with gaming in mind.

I don't think you'll run into bottlenecks unless YOU GO ABSOLUTELY CRAZY MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I'd go with a gtx 970 or even gtx 980 if you have the money. The 970 is amazing for its price/performance.
