Greaphics card difference on Amazon.

So I am on amazon and I see there are two different Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970.

There is the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming for 369.99 http://tinyurl.com/lgyh6zb, 

and the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 Overclocked for 349.99 http://tinyurl.com/ka2fzxp.

 

Could someone please explain the difference?!

The more expensive one comes factory overclocked with most likely a binned gpu

GTX 970 Overclocked has a higher factory baseblock.
