What would you all do?

Budget: $460 US

Primarily play FPS and Flight Sims(CPU)

Current Rig:

2500K overclocked to 4.5ghz

Asrock z77 Extreme4

8gb Ram

HX750

H80

Palit GTX 460 Superclocked 1gb

Should I get a 670, 770, 7970, or wait for AMD's next generation of cards?

I'm not really in a hurry per say, I'm more at the point that I just want to get a new card to play around with.  Not really wanting to drop 650+ for a 780 or above.

7950/770 depending how much want to spend. Just because you have a budget doesn't mean you want to spend all of it :P

do you mean 8000 series or is there something im missed

The 8000 series is most likely going to be either skipped or a rebranded OEM 7000 series

Me: Yeah I just really can't get my H220 working again, I've tried everything that was suggested in the forum.

Brian (Swiftech Support): Hmm, have you tried slapping it?

Personally id grab the 7970 for a price/performance standpoint.

The 770/780 are great cards, but the 7970 is a highly overclockable card.
