First pc build.

I have finally build up the courage to build my first pc for myself, but to be sure that I choose something that will fit my needs I wanted to ask for you guys opinion on my build.
I have put a link down below of the build.
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Sletting/saved/6LYfrH

I want to know how well it performs, it will be used for gaming, and maybe some surfing on the net.
If we take 4 games, that are usually used for benchmarks

Crysis 3

Farcry 3

Grid 2

Bioshock infinite

How well will they run? can they run on highest settings, and if they can how many fps?
I don't want to spend a whole lot on the pc, since I'm going to build a new in about a year. But I still want it to follow up on the newest games and play them with good graphics and high fps.

Thanks in advance, Jonas

I would recommend either a 760, or 280, or even a 270x instead of the 660. Other than that it is all good.

It's a good system, but I would get a newer GPU like a 760 or a 270.

If I may ask, what sort of machine are you planning on building in a year? Because honestly I think you'd be better served waiting until then and putting the money into that better system

By then, Skylake and Excavator will be out, the 980Ti and the 3xx series will be out, and the 100 series chipset will be out and all of them will be eating faces.

That's just me though.

Okay thanks for the replies!

Kemoka, my thoughts was to build a killer gaming pc, that will could handle 4k with very high fps. We're talking Nvidia surround with 3 4k screens. But I want something to play on, until I can afford that, I know it would make more sense to save the money and put it into the new machine, but I don't think I can manage not to game for almost a year :)

Btw, should I go for the 4GB version or will 2GB be enough? Are the 4GB version 40 bucks more worth?

I'm sorry if there are some twisted sentences.

Both builds are pretty good. I don't need a SSD, since I got 2 laying around at home, which I will put in raid 0.

I will most certainly keep both of your builds in mind, when I buy my final. I will post what I get in here :)
