Which is better for gaming, streaming, video and photo editing.

I play minecraft and would like to get into other games because my old computer is not anything special for gaming.

A is the obvious choice. You have the exact type of workload that would benefit. Streaming on a 6 core won't affect game performance the way it will on a 4 core. 

It's worth the extra hundred bucks 100%.
