Hw do I RMA these?

Contact AKG. As long as you can prove that you got them no more than 2 years ago you should be able to start the RMA process.

So the mini-jack on my almost 2 year old AKG K518s just broke, and the right earcup won't emit any sound unless I play around with the cable angle. I checked with AKG and they have a 2 year warranty, my problem is these were a christmas gift bought from an Norwegian online retailer. I might be able to get some kind of shipping confirmation, but that's about it.

 

How can I RMA these?

Send it to the retailer, they usally have an rma form and you can usually find your warranty stuff in your account.

Or try akg and they will ask for a serial number or something like that.
