MSI Z97S Krait Edition

Does anyone know anything about its release date? I'm thinking about getting this for a NZXT H440 White/Black build. This board looks sick, and according to a german site its going to ~$119 Euros which is roughly $170 CAD. What are your thoughts on this board?

It is awesome, although I do hate how they made the usb3.0 port straight instead of 90 degrees, like on the Z97s SLI plus. I also find it strange how they didnt black out the IO -- even if its an easy mod to do yourself.

Get whichever looks better... I chose the Z97s sli plus over the gaming 5 for aesthetic reasons; and as theres no performance difference you might as well get whichever you'd prefer to look at.
