I'm trying to get my bootable media ready in order to re-install windows 8 when I switch to an intel CPU. However, I can't get my hands on an official Windows 8 Pro N .iso. I've tried using Windows upgrade with only a product key program in order to download the .iso and make a bootable usb, but it tells me that the download is not available in my region. Which is the US? Texas.

Does anyone have a Windows 8 Pro N .iso I can use?

If I try and use the built in system restore it says I'm missing some files and need to insert media, I don't have the media though because I can't get it...

Stuck.

If you cant get this to work, you should go download the Windows 10 Preview, it works fine (for me at least) and it will prevent you from doing bad stuff.

You suggesting that took me to the windows 10 preveiw page, under that was a link you could use to reinstall windows 8 if you have a problem. It took me to this page.

This looks promising, will try.
