I need a new power supply, as I am planning on buying a gtx980 and I don't think my 300W psu can handle it. so I need a recommendation.

I was thinking about buying a Corsair psu as I have heard they make pretty good psus

My current rig:

CPU: Intel Core i3 3220 3.30GHz

RAM: 2 4gb sticks

Motherboard: ASRock H61M-HVS

Storage: 1 Hitachi 7200RPM 500gb HDD

Graphics: Currently running off of CPU integrated graphics, but as mentioned above I plan on getting a 980.

I'm still fairly new to this whole PC thing so if I left out any important information, let me know.

Evga 500b, or if you want a higher quality one an 650w evga nex is pretty cheap right now and it's gold rated. Evga has downright incredible power supplies for the money right now. Once you get past entry power supplies going with anything other than evga is pointless.

The nex series is $50 after a rebate on newegg right now. Holy crap. That is incredible. And I can safely say I have never heard of anything that good become that cheap for powers supplies.
