Something like that?

Reasons for choosing.

I5 3570K = really good for gaming.

Motherboard = ATX with nice features and options.

RAM = 1 stick of 8GB as you can always upgrade in the future.

PSU = Really good for the price and plenty of watts for this system even with a overclock.

SSD = really nice performance and makes your system nice and responsive.

GPU = Really good bang for your Buck.

Yea sorry about that I thought it was that. Go with either a cheap 660 or a 650TI boost then.

No, that xeon is basically a 3770.  Get the xeon.

Get 2x4gig sticks for dual channel.

Here you go: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/13HYx

The xeon is basically the 3770 but clocked 0.1ghz lower with 0.2ghz less turbo but costing a lot less. The extra threads will help with rendering and streaming.

I'm not sure what case you have so I just went with a B75 atx board.

16gigs of CL9 1600 memory to help with rendering and streaming.

Got an samsung 840 ssd. It's a great drive and you didn't say you had an ssd already.

The 7950 will be a beast for gaming especially when overclocked.

The 550w psu will be more than enough to overclock your gpu.

Gaming, yes.

Streaming, rendering, editing, no.
