How would I setup multiple earbuds with individual volume control from one source?

Sorry for the long title.  So the reason for this is so that me and my band members can all listen to the exact same thing with individual volume control hooked up to one audio source like a computer or my phone.

so you men a audio splitter???? id so look at the Belkin Rockstar  it splits 1 to 6 or 5 i think, i have one but if all are gonna hook up headphones to it make you whatever you are hooking it up to has good power

But then how would I have each headphones volume be controlled by each person to whatever volume they want with out messing with the others volume.  (Hope that makes sense :lol: )

Im trying to do this as cheap as possible so something similar to "the jolly roger"'s post is what I am sorta looking for.

 

That's why I said 'or something similar', as I don't know how many channels you'd like, so I just posted the 6 channels. At least you'd know the thing you're looking for is a multi-channel headphone amp. 

 

Monoprice and Pyle also got products with the same function also.
