1. Budget & Location
£200-250 - $308-$386
Not much i know, but its not going to be an ammazing build.
2. Aim
I Want this PC to be able to run the less demanding games such as League of Legends, but also be able to work well under the stress of programs such as Photoshop and Cinema4D.

3. Monitors
None, i've got a spare.

4. Peripherals
None!

EDIT: I TOTALLY FORGOT TO MENTION I HAVE A GPU & A POWERSUPPLY ALREADY!

Hate to break it to you but $380 budget might not be enough for a decent build. :(

I would say just keep saving man save to say at least $500-600 them build one.

You could build a build for your needs, especially for LoL, but it's not going to be "great" for other types of games on high settings, high resolutions. And it's not going to be great for Photoshop or any type of 3D software. 500 - 600$ should be a minimum for a decent build, can you afford it?

I Can't really afford anything better, I Will be focusing mainly on LoL and photoshop is something i'll be doing monthly on this build, if that.

I Know it wont be ammazing

i was looking at 

AMD FX4100

Some gigabyte motherboard thats got a very long name

like 4-8GB of cheap-ish ram

You should look up some 300$ builds on YT to get inspiration.

It's over your budget, but you'll get much better performance.  I'm sure you can squeeze out another £30-40 somewhere.

 

If not, drop your HDD to a 500GB one, and go with 1333 CL9 RAM to make the overall total cheaper by £10.  The difference between 1600 CL9 and 1333 CL9 is one nanosecond.
