Router for a special setup...

Hello people of the Internet, long Linus viewer me decided to create a forum account at last because I need some suggestions about my wireless setup.

tl;dr

I want a fast router which does not cost an arm and a leg to quickly stream videos or even games if possible from wireless HDD.

So what I want to do is as follows;

I want to have an SSD on my laptop and have a wireless HDD ( this sounds good to me: WD 3TB My Cloud Personal Cloud Storage - NAS ) where I download my legally bought movies ( yeah right... ) on my wireless HDD and plug that drive on my TV so that I can watch the movie right away. What I also would love to do is to install my games on the wireless drive and launch them on my laptop. ( league of legends and cs:go, not too heavy games )

So the problem I think I am going to encounter is the speed of my wireless router. Whenever I transfer files from my desktop PC to my laptop the speed is about 2MBps wirelessly and about 10MBps with both plugged via Ethernet and it's pretty slow compared to my download speed which is about 5MBps usually. I can download a file 2 times faster from arround the earth to my PC than from my desktop to my laptop, which are 2 rooms away...

Please suggest me some budget routers ( 50€? 100€? 150€? ) which can do the work I'm looking for. Thanks in advance!
